I didn't come to content creation looking for a strategy. I came because the products already living in my home, the systems already running my team, and the life I was already managing kept giving me something worth saying. So I started saying it.

I'm a decade-deep operations leader raising a toddler and optimizing everything in between. I show up to everything with a positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve the people in front of me. That's how I lead my team, how I raise my kid, and how I think about every piece of content I create.

I love meeting new people and figuring out how I can help them. That instinct is what drives everything I do, in the boardroom, at home, and on camera.
